missingWrote a review on Jun 26fantastic locationbeautiful gardenoutdated suitemaintenance issuesinconsistent service
The location is fantastic, just a 20-minute stroll to the Medina and surrounded by trendy spots. The garden is beautiful and offers a serene environment. However, the suite was disappointing. it felt outdated, with several maintenance issues including a non-functional phone and an empty minibar. Service was inconsistent. a few staff members were friendly, but many were abrupt and didn't provide the hospitality expected from a high-end establishment.

We enjoyed beautiful gardens, spent time at the Casino de Marrakech, and loved relaxing by the pool. The fitness center was a plus too. Just a heads up, sun loungers were limited, so grab one early!
The room had a street view, which wasn't ideal. Sometimes it felt a bit noisy, and service at the bar could be quicker.
